With picturesque views Smith Mountain Lake has become a popular destination for new home building projects.
We can build anything from boat docks to complete home projects. Lake front properties often are sloped and require special skills to build on. With over 35 years of experience building homes in the mountains and working with and around nature, building homes in areas that are difficult for many builders to adapt to is our speciality.

Smith Mountain Lake is one of the large reservoirs located in Roanoke Region of Virginia and is the largest lake in Virginia that is contained entirely within the Commonwealth. The reservoir is situated southeast of the City of Roanoke and southwest of Lynchburg. In 1963 the lake was created when the Smith Mountain Dam impounded the Roanoke River.
